Cuan Ryan has joined Kemp & Kemp Residential where he, as a long standing agent in the downland villages and the Vale has forged a considerable reputation.

Within South Oxfordshire, Cuan is considered one of the foremost estate agency practitioners because he has been in the business man and boy, succeeding his father in running their family company, Buckell and Ballard (Wantage), for 24 years.
