A map illustrating the area covered by Kemp & Kemp.
Kemp and Kemp Residential market homes and properties in the City of Oxford and in a radius of (about) 20 miles from the centre.
If you look at the map and draw lines north/south and east/west to divide it into quarters, then the eastern half is generally more expensive than the western half and the south east corner is the most expensive area (outside Oxford city centre). The north west (with the notable exception of the “golden triangle” between Burford, Woodstock, Chipping Norton and Stow On The Wold) and south west are comparable; whilst the north west region has the most affordable homes.
Many people looking for homes are making a move out of London and have two prerequisites: access to a station for the London trains and within easy reach of the excellent schools -both state and independent. The combination of beautiful countryside, excellent communication links, schools that are respected throughout the world and a vibrant local economy have made Oxfordshire a very desirable place to live.
Prices can vary considerably as do styles and availability so keep a watchful eye to find exactly what you want.
